CEREMONY VENUE Rules
CEREMONY (max time is 1 hour)
LOCATION: Pennsylvania Courtyard
A gracious, open-air courtyard suited to a ceremony of up to 400 guests. Alternative indoor location due to inclement weather is Anderson Theater. (Additional $1100 ceremony fee).
RESERVED FOR ACTUAL CEREMONY: 6pm-7pm
Max time to use location for ceremony is 1 hour (doesn't include setup time which they give you 45min prior to ceremony to setup)
ORDER OF CEREMONY EVENTS
Ceremony performed by
45 minute setup (5:15pm-6pm)
DJ sets up speaker & stand, connects iPad via Bluetooth and lapel mic

Guests arrive and sit

Minister marries couple and says, "And now for the first time, May I introduce Mr and Mrs ......."

Grab Speaker, Stand, Microphone and iPad and get to reception to play cocktail music
Pictures for bride/groom and cocktail music begins at 6:30pm
